Current line of succession
As Queen Beatrix’s eldest child, Prince Willem-Alexander is the first in line of succession to the throne. He is followed by his three daughters, Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia and Princess Ariane.
Only if they are unavailable will Prince Constantijn – and then his children, Countess Eloise, Count Claus-Casimir and Countess Leonore – be in line to succeed. The last in line of succession are Princess Margriet and her sons Prince Maurits and Prince Bernhard.
